Terms of Service

CarWorld ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at carworld.autos and related services. CarWorld is a product of The Up Capital Ltd. By using CarWorld you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

CarWorld is a marketplace that connects private vehicle sellers, buyers, and licensed dealers. We provide listing tools, AI-assisted verification, pricing data, and communication features. We are not a party to any vehicle sale. The contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller or dealer directly.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction (UAE or Canada) to use CarWorld. Dealers must hold valid trade licenses in their operating region.

Sellers register with their name, email, phone, and partial government ID (last 4 digits of Emirates ID or Canadian driver's license). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, photos, and stated vehicle condition.
• CarWorld may remove listings that appear fraudulent, misleading, or violate applicable laws.
• AI-generated descriptions, titles, and verification scores are tools to assist sellers. They do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of vehicle condition.
• Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing goes live. Promo codes apply only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

Vehicle information on CarWorld, including AI verification scores, price comparisons, and maintenance forecasts, is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for a professional vehicle inspection. We strongly recommend buyers arrange an independent inspection before purchasing any vehicle.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are displayed in the local currency of the listing region (AED for UAE, CAD for Canada). Reservation deposits are held by CarWorld and are refundable if the deal does not close, minus any applicable processing fees.

CarWorld uses artificial intelligence for photo inspection, vehicle classification, description drafting, price estimation, and buyer matching. These features are assistive tools. AI outputs may contain errors. CarWorld does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content and is not liable for decisions made based on it.

• Listing vehicles you do not own or are not authorized to sell
• Providing false vehicle information (odometer, accident history, specifications)
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate illegal transactions
• Scraping, crawling, or automated access beyond normal browsing
• Circumventing security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Harassing other users through the messaging features

CarWorld's name, logo, design, and software are our property. User-submitted content (photos, descriptions) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the platform and in marketing materials for as long as your listing is active.

CarWorld is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to CarWorld in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disputes between buyers and sellers are between those parties. CarWorld may assist with communication but is not an arbitrator. Disputes with CarWorld itself will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and resolved in the courts of Dubai, unless you are a Canadian user, in which case the laws of Ontario, Canada apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
