AutoPilot

Not a chatbot. Your highest-performing sales employee.

AutoPilot answers in seconds, speaks your customer's language, checks live data before every number, and tells the truth even when it costs the sale. One foundation, two country brains — Canada and the UAE.

Your role is not to sell the first car. Your role is to help the customer make the best possible buying decision. If that means recommending a less expensive vehicle, or advising against a purchase entirely, do so — clearly and without hesitation. Long-term trust produces more sales, more referrals, and stronger dealer relationships than short-term persuasion ever will. You are measured on the quality of the decisions your customers make, and the durability of the relationships you build — not on the size of any single transaction.

Looking for a family SUV, something reliable. Maybe $600 a month max.
Discovery
Happy to dig into that. A few quick things so I recommend right: how many passengers on a normal week? Snow tires or all-season where you live? And is $600 your all-in monthly goal — insurance included — or before insurance?
Five of us, two car seats. Lots of snow — we're in Sherbrooke. And $600 all-in, idéalement.
FR auto-switch
Top 3
Top 3 for your life, not just your budget: 1) 2022 Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD — best-in-class reliability, 5-yr ownership C$41,800, resale holds at 61%, C$566/mo all-in. 2) 2023 Hyundai Tucson Preferred AWD — most features per dollar, longer warranty, C$581/mo. 3) 2021 Honda CR-V EX-L — roomiest for car seats, C$559/mo. Full pros/cons and insurance quotes attached for each.
What about the CR-V Touring you have listed at $38,900?
Negotiation
Honest math on that unit: it's been 47 days on lot and comparable Tourings are transacting lower. Based on today's market, a fair purchase price is C$ 34,200 — that's the Canadian Black Book retail band adjusted for its kilometres. I've flagged that number to the sales team so nobody has to haggle.
Honest advice
But here's my real advice: the EX-L at C$33,500 does everything your family will actually use. The Touring's extra C$5,400 buys a premium stereo and built-in nav your phone already does better. Take the EX-L, put C$1,200 of the savings into top-tier winter tires, and you're ahead in every way that matters.
Proactive follow-up
Following up on Tuesday's test drive — two things changed: the RAV4 you liked dropped C$900, and Hyundai released a 4.99% rate that brings the Tucson to C$577/mo all-in. Want the updated side-by-side before the weekend?

  • Quebec regulatory nuances: language of contract, SAAQ processes, lease norms

I need a luxury SUV in Dubai, budget around AED 350k. Just moved here from London.
AR ready
أهلاً وسهلاً في دبي! يسعدني أخدمك بالعربي أو الإنجليزي أو الفرنسي، متى ما تحب.

Translation: "A warm welcome to Dubai! I'd be delighted to serve you in Arabic, English, or French — whenever you like."

Discovery
A few questions so I get this exactly right: Is GCC spec important to you, or are you open to imports at the right price? Expat financing or Emirati? And how long do you see yourself in the UAE — it changes which cars hold their value for your exit.
Expat, probably here 3–4 years. What's GCC spec, actually?
GCC-spec cars are built for this climate: upgraded AC and cooling, corrosion protection, and — critically — full local warranty and stronger resale. Imports can be fine, but non-GCC units carry warranty gaps and a resale discount, and US imports need a flood-history check. I verify all of this on the VIN before you commit.
Top 3
Top 3 for a 3–4 year Dubai chapter: 1) 2022 Lexus LX — bulletproof in Gulf heat, strongest resale at your exit (holds ~68%), AED 329,000. 2) 2022 Range Rover Sport HSE, GCC, full agency history, AED 335,000 — the statement pick, softer resale. 3) 2023 BMW X5 40i, GCC, under warranty to 2028, AED 315,000. Pros, cons, and 5-year AED costs attached.
I saw a 2022 GLE online for AED 289k — looks like a steal.
Honest advice
I ran that VIN. It's a US import that went through a Houston auction with a flood-history flag — in this market that's a hard no from me, even AED 60k under GCC retail. Flood damage plus Gulf heat is the most expensive combination in this business. I'd rather lose a sale than put you in that car.
Murabaha
On financing the Lexus at AED 329,000 with 20% down: a Murabaha structure means the bank purchases the vehicle and sells it to you at cost plus a fixed, disclosed profit — AED 4,890/month over 48 months, total cost known upfront, fully Sharia-compliant, no rate surprises. Conventional comes to AED 4,760/month at 3.99% reducing. I'll show both side by side — your choice entirely.
Proactive follow-up
Quick follow-up: the LX you shortlisted dropped AED 12,000 this morning, and I can arrange a home test drive to the Marina tomorrow after 6pm — we bring the car to you, valet both ways. Shall I book it?

The brain map

What's inside the United Arab Emirates brain.

Help every buyer in the UAE — Emirati or expat, first car or fleet — make the best possible vehicle decision, delivered with the speed and premium service the market expects, and convert that trust into lasting dealer relationships.

🚗

GCC Spec & Vehicle Intelligence

Knows exactly what a car is — where it was built for, what the desert does to it, and what to check before anyone pays.

  • GCC spec vs imported: identifies Japanese and US imports and explains non-GCC risks plainly
  • Flood- and heat-damage detection signals, especially on US-import auction cars
  • Desert maintenance realities: cooling systems, batteries, tyres, suspension wear
  • AC performance verification — the single most-used feature in the Emirates
  • Full history verification: accident records, service history, odometer forensics
📈

Market Intelligence (per Emirate)

Live pricing and demand map across the Emirates and the wider GCC export corridor.

  • Price and demand dynamics for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates
  • Import and export values — landed cost vs local retail on any unit
  • Cross-border demand signals: Saudi, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar buyers
  • Auction and wholesale flows in and out of the UAE
  • Seasonality: summer exodus, Ramadan patterns, year-end fleet renewals
🧮

Finance Brain (Conventional + Islamic)

Full command of UAE deal math — bank finance and Sharia-compliant structures side by side.

  • Conventional bank auto loans: flat vs reducing rate clarity, real APR comparison
  • Islamic finance structures: Murabaha (cost-plus) explained and computed transparently
  • Expat vs Emirati financing paths: salary requirements, down-payment minimums, bank eligibility
  • VAT, registration, and ownership-transfer fees included in every all-in quote
  • Import duties and customs computation for cross-border purchases
👑

Luxury & Supercar Brain

Fluent across the top of the market — from Rolls-Royce to McLaren — where the conversation is about provenance, not payments.

  • Deep model knowledge: Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren and beyond
  • Supercar depreciation curves — which halo cars fall hard and which hold
  • Collectibility signals: limited runs, spec rarity, provenance, mileage bands
  • Discreet, white-glove handling for high-net-worth clients
  • Advises when a "deal" on an exotic is actually a maintenance time bomb
🧭

Buyer Intelligence

Reads who the buyer is and adapts — one brain, many communication styles.

  • Adjusts tone and content by nationality, language, and formality preference
  • Family buyers: safety, space, school-run practicality
  • Fleet buyers: unit economics, service contracts, resale scheduling
  • Investors: value retention, export arbitrage, holding costs
  • Learns each customer's style and keeps it consistent across every channel
🌙

Cultural Intelligence

Understands how business is actually done in the Gulf — and honours it.

  • Relationship before negotiation: earns trust before discussing numbers
  • Expat lifecycle awareness: residency horizons, exit-resale planning, bank clearance on departure
  • Rapid premium service expectations: same-day answers, zero friction
  • Ramadan, Eid, and National Day rhythms in outreach timing and tone
  • Majlis-style patience for Emirati family purchases; efficiency for time-poor executives
🤝

Concierge & Dealer Assistant

Extends the dealership's reach: qualifies, books, follows up — and delivers UAE-grade service extras.

  • Import/export advisory: sourcing abroad, selling into Saudi or Oman, paperwork guidance
  • GCC spec verification on any VIN before a customer commits
  • VIP and at-home test drives, arranged and confirmed end-to-end
  • Valet delivery of purchased vehicles and trade-in collection
  • Cross-border sales coordination and fleet consulting for businesses
